We know it can be difficult to buy jewellery without seeing it, so we have a great refund/returns policy to make it easier for you!
If for any reason you are unhappy with, or wish to cancel your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days after the date on which you received the item. Goods can only be returned if they are in a ‘re-saleable’ condition. We regret that we are unable to reimburse any postage costs for returning unwanted items. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of earrings for pierced ears, due to industry standards relating to hygiene. Please read Returns/Refunds section for full terms and conditions.
